As one of Stockholm’s largest private music schools, Nordenfeltska Musikskolan were in need of a website with massive growth potential.
The main problem with Nordenfeltska’s previous website was that it required knowledge of HTML to update, which made it difficult for teachers to keep the site fresh and up to date. With the help of the excellent content management system WordPress and a complete design revamp, the school is now much better placed to offer fresh and quality content on demand to parents and pupils alike.
Seeing as it’s such a content heavy site, information architecture and a well defined strategy were pinnacle in the development of the site. Subtle elements such as musical notes in the background and teacher profiles give a warm and welcoming feel to the site, and offer a compliment to the large amounts of content.
